Hotel Ladeuze

Summer 2020

— deze pagina is ook beschikbaar in het Nederlands —

Hi there

We are happy to announce that our Hotel Ladeuze and our Leuven City Hostel will be open again. This page explains how we intend to operate this summer.

Summary:

  • we are open and you can stay with us, if you book in advance! You can have breakfast in the area, but not at the hotel right now
  • check in will be via our automatic key box
  • our reception will be open daily in the morning

The best way to book is via our own websites www.hotelladeuze.com and www.leuvencityhostel.com. Here you will find the lowest rates, guaranteed. It will not be possible this summer to just show up without a reservation; please book at least 24h in advance.

We currently offer 5 days cancellation on all our rates (10% cancellation charge). The non refundable rate is not available right now. Also for the time being, breakfast is not included. You can have breakfast in the area around the hotel, however we do not offer breakfast ourselves this summer.

All check ins will be contactless via our check in box. We will ask you to send us a copy of your identity card in advance for registration (which is going to be very important this summer). Next, on the day of arrival, you will receive an e-mail with a code for the check in box. Enter the code into the box, and a door will open, containing you key card(s). Your room will be available from 2pm.

Our reception will be open only in the morning. We are happy to offer you a morning coffee at that time. We will be available via telephone on the usual telephone numbers. It goes without saying that the rooms will be desinfected according to the guidelines, and that we have desinfecting hand soup available to our guests.

There are a number of smaller events that will take place in Leuven. You will find these on the website of the city of Leuven.

Finally we would like to repeat the general preventive actions you should take at all times: keep at least 1,5m distance from others (including our staff), wash your hands regularly, wear a mouth piece in small, busy areas, and stay at home if you feel sick. The government website on the coronavirus can be found here.

We wish you a great stay in beautiful Leuven!
